Helping people continue living the lives they enjoy, in the homes and communities they love.

Harris James AnyTime | Your Independence Concierge

It would feel reassuring knowing exactly who to call.

Most of the time, you won't need us. That's rather the point.

Life is full of questions, decisions, plans and occasional unexpected moments.

Anytime gives you an established relationship with Harris James, so when something comes up, you already know where to turn.

Independent living, with someone trusted in your corner.

Perfectly capable.Comforted by knowing.

“I'm absolutely fine. I'd just like someone sensible to call when I'm not sure about something.”

“My children are brilliant. I don't want every little thing to become their problem.”

“I can organise most things myself. Occasionally, I'd appreciate another perspective.”

“I'd rather know who I trust before I actually need them.”

You don't have to need support every day to value knowing it's there.

One relationship. Somewhere to start.

Sometimes you need an answer. Sometimes a little guidance. Sometimes help understanding what the next step should be.

Anytime provides a trusted starting point for the everyday questions, decisions and possibilities that don't always fit neatly into one service.

Why Harris James AnyTime?

Because knowing who to call only matters if you trust the answer.

Harris James brings together more than twenty years of experience across health and social care, with perspectives spanning nursing, human behaviour, independence coaching, home environments, planning and care.

Real-life questions rarely arrive neatly labelled.

Our breadth of experience helps us consider the bigger picture, recognise when another perspective may be useful and understand when someone else is better placed to help.

A relationship before you need it

We get to know what matters to you while life is still comfortably independent.

More than one perspective

Our wider experience helps us consider questions that don't fit neatly into one category.

Independence without intrusion

You remain in control of when to contact us and what you want help with.

Any involvement from particular professionals or services depends on individual circumstances and agreed arrangements.

We know you. What's changed?

For families too

Family should still get to be family.

Families often become the first call for every question, appointment, problem or arrangement.

Anytime can offer another trusted relationship alongside family, without taking away the individual's independence or choice.

The person remains at the centre, with family involvement guided by their wishes and appropriate permissions.

How AnyTime Works

The relationship exists before the problem does.

1. Let's get to know you

We begin with a conversation about your life, preferences and what matters to you.

2. Establish the relationship

We explain the membership arrangements and agree what is included before anything begins.

3. Start with Harris James

When a question, decision or possibility arises, you have somewhere familiar to turn.

Some months you may contact us. Other times, you may hardly need us at all.

Real Story · Jean

Sometimes independence matters to two people at once.

Jean's daughter is an important part of her life. With an established Harris James relationship, Jean can have support when her daughter needs a break or wants to go away, giving both of them room to continue living their lives.

Jean remains at the centre. Her story shows how a trusted relationship can matter to an individual and their family.

Jean's specific arrangements are not automatically included within Anytime membership.
